Fourth Annual Halloween Gala
and SEVENTH ANNUAL Toy Drive to benefit

Our magnificent Fourth Annual Halloween gala is promised to be the best, the biggest, the most exciting and most elegant Halloween party of the year. It will be held at City Streets on Richmond, Sunday, October 26, 2003 from 7:00 P. M. - 1:00 A. M. The entire Club is privately reserved for our guests and will be transformed into a ballroom. A V.I.P. Room will be set up in the two balconies overlooking all the festivities below. And a spectacular buffet will be served by some of Houston’s finest restaurants.

Music will be provided by the renowned Latin Band, Walter Suhr and Mango Punch. Our one of a kind DJ, Joseph A. Mire of the J. A. M. Session will keep our guest dancing all night long as he did the past few years. Members of the United States Marines will be on hand to assist in receiving the toys. There will be also a formal presentation by the Marines of the Traditional Color Guard and the National Anthem. Attire is either costume or black tie to maintain an elegant atmosphere.

We will be working with several major media sponsors to help publicize and promote this event. We will appear on all local television stations and several radio stations to promote this event. As well as several publications. Over 1,000 guests attended last year’s gala. We are expecting a much larger crowd to attend this year.

A fun contest for best costume will be held. Finalists will be selected by a panel of celebrity judges and the winners will be decided by our guests. Valuable prizes will be awarded to the winners.

FOX-News Anchor woman Melissa Wilson will be our co host for this year’s gala as she was for the past three years. The panel of celebrity judges will help choose the 5 male and female finalists for the best costume contest. Some of our Judges are , Page Parkes, Chris Adams, Danny Gonzales, Miss Lebanon Emigrants-Miriam Habib, Ernie Manouse, Lara Bell, Brian Wice, Oscar DeLa Rosa, Itica Milanes, Princess Ivory and several others.

A Host Committee has been assembled to help invite a diverse group of people representing various professions, age groups, geographical areas, income brackets and ethnic backgrounds. This will bring together a unique blend of guests to make into a very interesting and successful event.

This event is by invitation only. Admission is only $15.00 per guest advance purchase, and $20.00 after the October 10 deadline and at the door. Along with toys in support of our Toy Drive to benefit Toys For Tots. VIP tickets are available at $100.00 each. Portion of the proceeds from sponsorships will go to purchase more toys for our Toy Drive. Last year’s gala netted our needy and underprivileged children more than 5,000 toys. Our goal this year is to exceed this number. With the help and support of our guests and sponsors, we are certain to reach our goal this year.
